Come to the first ever National Farmers Union BIPOC Caucus! We are having an in person field day at Vintage Soil Farm on July 23rd at her farm in Kemptville, ON. Learn how Vintage Soil Farm manages a horse powered mixed vegetable market farm for CSA and markets. Great for beginners and experienced farmers!
From 11am-3pm you will be guided through a meet n’ greet, a two hour workshop about the basics of market farming, meeting the horses, a Q+A regarding business/growing and of course hanging out at a beautiful farm!
If you need a ride to the farm, which is close to Ottawa, please email sundanceharvest@gmail.com as many people have extra spots in their cars and are driving from Toronto and the surrounding GTA to Vintage Soils Farm.
