In January Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) announced the closure of seven research centres across Canada that are critical to the success of Canada’s food and agriculture system. Join us to learn more about how these cuts affect Canadian farmers and what actions can and are being taken. This Town Hall is also an opportunity to discuss how we can continue to act together to prevent more cuts and save our public agriculture research system.
