The NFU is pleased to offer a workshop on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion led by the University of Regina’s Pauline Streete. The workshop, free and open to all NFU members, will be a powerful opportunity to learn how to implement equity and inclusion in our personal lives and within the NFU. The workshop is part of the NFU’s commitment to anti-racism and is supported by the Government of Canada’s Community Support, Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Initiative (CSMARI). Live interpretation from English to French will be available.
Ms. Streete is the Senior Advisor on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Anti-oppression at the University of Regina. She has already spent many hours meeting with the NFU, specifically learning about us. Her professional EDI expertise is additionally informed by her personal perspective as a Saskatchewan-based Black immigrant woman from a farming heritage. Her work with the NFU is supported by Heritage Canada.
