DESCRIPTION:The IPC Caucus meeting happening at the NFU Convention on November 22nd at 7Pm AT / 6pm EST / 5pm CT / 4pm MST / 3pm PT. (zoom link below). \nAyla Fenton\, Maddie Marmor and Amber Dyk are looking forward to facilitating and hosting the meeting. \nThe goals for this meeting are: \n\n\nTo deepen relationships amongst IPC members and amongst IPC Working Groups. \n\n\nTo learn about work that the three working groups have done over the past year. \n\n\nTo generate creative discussion about how to best use IPC space\, time and capacity. Specifically\, when to do internal cross pollination work (and report backs) and when to do international/LVC work. \n\n\nTo run a meeting in a particular way that could act as a blueprint or initial format for how we do the cross-pollination work going forwards. \n\n\n  \nThe basic structure of the day will look like:  \n\n\nSharing of Vision\, Mission and Goals \n\n\nThree Working Groups share (10 mins each) \n\n\nRelationships building process (40mins) \n\n\nReflect on this cross pollination meeting \n\n\nWe hope attendees consider that this meeting will be run a little differently than a typical NFU meeting. DESCRIPTION:*Le français suit* \nYou’re invited to the NFU-NB’s 2022 Annual General Meeting!\nA message from Eva Rehak\, NFU-NB President: \nWe invite you to attend the NFU-NB’s 2022 Joint Annual General Meeting and Region 1 Convention on Sunday October 2\, 2022. Our meeting will again be held virtually from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. The virtual meeting will consist of NB AGM business: year in review\, 2021 financial statements\, elections and resolutions. The National office will provide an update of their work\, and Region 1 reports will follow. The theme of the meeting is “The Power of the Union” and NB CUPE President\, Stephen Drost will speak. There will also be a short presentation about NB labour force development. \nResolutions on current policy issues may be presented at the AGM. It is preferable that you send them to us at least one week in advance\, but they will also be accepted at the AGM. Resolutions form the foundation of our policy and guide our work throughout the year.
