DESCRIPTION:Join our Regional Workshop Webinar during NFU Days\, our annual membership drive running through February\, when new memberships are available at 50% off! But this month isn’t just about a discount. NFU members from coast to coast to coast are working hard on issues ranging from local abattoir regulations to climate change policy\, farmer income and farmland access\, to seed rights. This is your chance to help get that information into the hands of your farming friends and neighbours! \nWe’ll dive into a century of Alberta’s deep agrarian history\, including Black Settlers\, Métis Settlements\, Co-operatives\, and farmer-controlled marketing systems.
