Le gouvernement \u00e9cossais \u00e9tait pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par les cons\u00e9quences sociales et \u00e9conomiques des changements dans l&rsquo;utilisation et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des terres sur les populations rurales. Il a donc command\u00e9 des recherches pour mesurer les tendances actuelles et orienter la politique en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9forme fonci\u00e8re, d&rsquo;objectif \u00ab\u00a0net z\u00e9ro\u00a0\u00bb et d&rsquo;autres objectifs environnementaux, de gouvernance du capital naturel et d&rsquo;engagement des communaut\u00e9s dans la prise de d\u00e9cision. La pr\u00e9sentation de Naomi Beingessner fournira des exemples de changements \u00e0 petite et grande \u00e9chelle en \u00c9cosse et dans d&rsquo;autres pays du Nord et \u00e9valuera les impacts per\u00e7us et r\u00e9els &#8211; \u00e0 la fois les avantages et les d\u00e9fis &#8211; sur les communaut\u00e9s rurales, les entreprises et les gestionnaires des terres, en proposant des consid\u00e9rations pour les transitions dans l&rsquo;utilisation des terres et en soulignant les pr\u00e9occupations concernant les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de
