Nous collaborons avec un certain nombre d&rsquo;organisations pour offrir des ressources en mati\u00e8re de planification de la succession et promouvoir des politiques qui prot\u00e8gent les terres agricoles pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures. L&rsquo;UNF-O s&rsquo;associe d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 Young Agrarians in Ontario pour offrir davantage de ressources et de programmes afin d&rsquo;aider les nouveaux et jeunes fermiers \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la terre et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des fermes prosp\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de ce guide est d&rsquo;aider les nouveaux fermiers et les fermiers sans terre \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la terre. Lors de la recherche et de la r\u00e9daction de ce guide, la question principale \u00e9tait la suivante : comment les nouveaux fermiers ont-ils acc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la terre ? Il existe plusieurs options \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer sur<br \/>\n: de la location \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat, en passant par les fermes communautaires et les parcelles d&rsquo;incubation &#8211; chacune ayant ses propres avantages et inconv\u00e9nients. L&rsquo;agriculture est un travail difficile, et il faut beaucoup de planification, de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et de d\u00e9termination pour r\u00e9ussir.<\/p>\n<p>Ce guide vous conduira \u00e0 travers un processus de brainstorming et de r\u00e9flexion pour vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9finir vos besoins et vos orientations. Il pr\u00e9sentera les diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la terre. Il fournit des conseils utiles pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des terres agricoles, ainsi qu&rsquo;une liste de contr\u00f4le pour la n\u00e9gociation d&rsquo;un accord avec un propri\u00e9taire foncier. Vous trouverez \u00e9galement des mod\u00e8les de bail et de licence. Nous avons inclus des exemples de diff\u00e9rents types de relations d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la terre &#8211; de la location \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, en passant par le r\u00e9gime foncier familial.
