Ces fonds sont essentiellement des surtaxes qui permettent aux chemins de fer d&rsquo;augmenter le plafond des recettes et donc les taux de fret, afin de couvrir les co\u00fbts de cette infrastructure\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il poursuivi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En fin de compte, ce sont les fermi\u00e8res qui paient pour tout cela, mais elles n&rsquo;ont pas leur mot \u00e0 dire sur la fa\u00e7on dont le syst\u00e8me est structur\u00e9. C&rsquo;est un excellent syst\u00e8me pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ferroviaires et c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res, car elles peuvent pr\u00e9tendre qu&rsquo;elles font quelque chose pour les fermi\u00e8res.
