When it was announced that the Canadian Bible Society had sold their building at 250 - 2nd Ave. S. in Saskatoon, and that our monthly rental was to increase by 120%, a number of members indicated that they would be willing to join together and purchase a building that would be rented to the NFU. A building was selected and purchased, and the NFU moved in on July 1, 1999.
To date we have sold 160 of the 400 shares. We still have 240 shares to sell before the building can be totally owned by the Consortium. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO CLEAR THIS BUILDING OF THE OUTSTANDING LOAN. Each shares sells for $500.00 and pays a fixed interest of 6% per annum on September 30 of each year. Each of the shareholders on record on September 30, 1999, have already received their first interest payment.
There is no limit on the number of shares that you can purchase! Each share entitles you to one vote at the annual meeting of shareholders!
