1. Can I become a member even if I don't farm?

2. How can I advertise my farm products on the NFU website?

3. Who is on the NFU Board of Directors?

4. Why is the NFU the only major national farm organization combating the power of agri-business?

5. There is a group called the National Farmers Union in the United States, and also a National Farmers Union in the United Kingdom. Are either of these organizations affiliated with the National Farmers Union of Canada?

6. Can't find something?

1. Yes, people who don't farm can join as Associate Members. While Associate Members do not get voting rights, they get the NFU publications and other benefits of membership. See more at our Associate Member Page.

2. NFU members can advertise on the website by contacting the NFU National Office.

3. A list of the NFU Board members can be found here.

4. The NFU is family farmers standing up for family farmers and a sane food system. To see some of the good work the NFU is doing, see the Briefs or Press Releases that the NFU has written.

5. No. The National Farmers Union of Canada is not affiliated with either organization. Likewise, the NFU in the UK is not related to the NFU in the United States. We do, however, maintain communication with these and other farm organizations around the world.

6. Check out the Search link or the "Catch All" File.
